Please Note: Our room block at The Driskill hotel is SOLD OUT. A few club-level rooms are still available at the Stephen F. Austin Intercontinental (directly across the street). These rooms are $239 per night. If you are unable to get a reservation at the Stephen F. Austin, please contact us: info@hfmatexas.org. We have a very few rooms available through cancellation. We anticipate that these rooms will sell out quickly - please do not delay!

Need to cancel your hotel reservation at The Driskill or Intercontinental?
Until March 22 you may cancel your reservation through the HFMA State Conference Office by emailing info@hfmatexas.org. Please include your hotel, confirmation number, check-in date and check-out date. We will cancel your reservation and transfer it back into our room block for assignment to someone on our waiting list for a room. You will not be charged. After March 22, please cancel directly with the hotel.
