Benefits of Texas HFMA State-wide Sponsorship
The three Texas Chapters of HFMA have combined to offer a limited number of State-wide Sponsorships. The benefit to your company is...
- Exposure to over 2,000 Texas Members of HFMA. HFMA Members are decision-making senior healthcare executives with titles including CEO, COO, CFO, VP Finance, Director, Controller and equivalent.
- Participation in all three Texas regional sponsorship programs at the equivalent state-wide level - all at a significant fee discount over sponsorship of each Chapter individually.
- Only State-wide Gold and Silver Sponsors may participate as Exhibitors or Sponsors of the Annual Texas State Conference - March 27-29, 2011 at the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas. This year the conference attracted over 370 healthcare executives.
- Participation in Meetings and Conferences for all three Texas HFMA Chapters, including Annual Conferences in Houston, Dallas, and South Padre Island. In all - over 25 Chapter programs.
- Participation in the Texas Voice Statewide News Magazine, published by mail in March, 2011 to over 2,000 HFMA Texas Members.

2012 Exhibitor Information
If you have confirmed exhibit space for the 2012 HFMA Texas State Conference in Austin, please review the information below. All of your representative must be registered for the conference. Both complimentary and paid representative should register on-line using the registration link below. Under the "payment" section there is a selection for "complimentary". Additional representative beyond the number allowed with your sponsorship may register at the HFMA Member rate.
As of February 2, all of our exhibit tables are committed.
Shipping / Electricity / Internet
Please refer to the forms below for information on shipping to The Driskill hotel, and for ordering additional services for your space such as electricity and/or internet. As part of you sponsorship you will receive a draped 6 ft. table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Gold Sponsors may erect free-standing displays not execeeding 6 ft. in width. All displays for Silver Sponsors must fit the top of the 6 ft. table. There is minimal space between tables.

Due to space limitations, only 15 Exhibit spaces are available.
Setup / TakeDown
Exhibits may be set up from 12:00 - 4:30 pm on Sunday, March 25. All exhibits MUST be in place and manned by 5:00 pm for the Welcome Reception.
Exhibits may be taken down after 7:00 pm on Monday, March 26 or before 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 27.
Exhibits are open during all Conference Events at the Driskill.
This Is a Table-Top Event!!
To maximize the effect for each exhibitor and due to space limitations, only 15 exhibit spaces are available. Each exhibitor receives a 6' draped table and two chairs. Space is extremely limited and there is very little room between exhibit tables.
Gold Sponsors may erect a free-standing exhibit not exceeding 6' in width.
For Silver Sponsors all display materials must fit on top of their 6' table.
Gold Level Statewide Sponsors:
- Receive two complimentary conference registrations (whether or not you exhibit)
- Additional registrations at the HFMA Member rate
- Signage at the conference and The Belmont Reception
Silver Level Statewide Sponsors:
- Receive one complimentary conference registration (whether or not you exhibit)
- Additional registrations at the HFMA Member rate
- Signage at the conference and The Belmont Reception
Bronze Level Statewide Sponsors:
- No exhibit space available
